Hi I have an issue with badly incorrect data due to a heart rate strap defect. Emailed support about four days ago and no response. Is there anyone here who can help?

Hello @Rhwells 

Thanks for posting!  You can replace erroneous heart rate data on an activity by using Strava's perceived exertion setting on the activity.   You can select perceived exertion to override the heart rate data.  

I found your Support ticket and I can see a Support agent has now responded.  Apologies for the delay.
