Zwift Upload

Cannot upload my Zwift ride to Strava while using my Tacx Neo trainer without uploading the ride manually to Strava. Cannot seem to solve the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks - Dave

Since you specifically mentioned the Tacx trainer, does it work with some other trainer? If that's the case that is very strange and it's probably an issue on Zwift's side. Otherwise, the trainer you use shouldn't make any difference.

My guess is that the Strava < - > Zwift connection is where your issue is. What I would try:

1. Go to https://www.strava.com/settings/apps and see if Zwift is listed.
2. Go to https://www.zwift.com/settings/connections and make sure it shows Strava as connected
3. If both of those are enabled/connected, try resetting it all.
   1. Go to the page in Step 1 and revoke access
   2. Go to the page in Step 2 and click disconnect.
   3. Log out of Zwift, log back in. Visit the page in step 2 and go through the connection/authorization process again to link Zwift with Strava.

Hey @Brokenspoke,

First I would make sure the first two steps below are performed.

1. Convert your Tacx account over to your Garmin Connect™ account
2. Set up your Garmin Connect account to sync with Strava.

If you continue you to experience issues even after setting up your Garmin & Strava connection, you might have to re-establish the connection.
