Hey everybody!

 

I am always out and about round London and walk and run as much as possible, I have switched caffeine intake from speciality coffee to matcha in the last couple of months and have noticed an incredible added abundance of energy and also recovery in between sessions seems easier.

 

My question is…

 

Has anybody else found that Matcha is great for active athletic gains and rapid recovery in training blocks and or general levels of movement daily?

 

I would be interested to hear what the Strava community has to say.
