it depends what sports are defined in the settings of that club. 

For example for a running-only club, I can see the distance / kilometres in the club's leaderboard.

And in another club that's all sports, the leaderboard is based on total hours, 

So if you set the club to include a distance sport only (and not all sports), you'll get a leaderboard with kilometres.
