...my followers can see all my activity history that I am not able to see

That’s a sign that you somehow created a new account, mabye with the same Strava name. In your profile page on the Strava website you can see your Strava account number at the end of the URL. Ask your followers (those that see your activities) to go to your profile too and what account number they see for you. If it’s different (and is has to be) then there are two accounts at play. In that case you “only” have to remember what method you used for logging in before.

Do you mean you had to create a new account?  Are you logged into your original account and your activities are missing?  It’s hard to tell from what you provided what the specific situation is.  If you are just missing activities from your account, you can check your activities list and click on the “recently deleted” tab to see if they are listed on there and can be recovered.

Hi, thank you, Logged into original account and all activities missing including the walk completed on the same morning. Have already tried “ recently deleted “ nothing there to recover., Also from the home page where I used to see all walks nothing to see. I had to re follow and followers had to request to follow again.

It was like a totally new account, but used the same log in details.

In addition to that, once requested to follow, and be followed my followers can see all my activity history that I am not able to see

You will want to submit a ticket to Strava support for that.  It sounds like there is something going on with the account itself or a duplicate account was created in some way.   Here is the link to support.  Keep in mind that they have been getting a lot of support requests recently, so response times can be delayed.  They will respond, but it may take a while.  Good luck.

Hi, thank you.

I had already raised a ticket before adding to the community help- the response was as below with links to various online help and commodity help -  so back to square one .

Sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Unfortunately, our team is limited in our ability to investigate these sorts of issues directly, but we want to make sure you have the right resources to find a solution.

That doesn't sound right @Fay  - yes they're trying to direct people to the community hub as much as possible but is there anything more to the message? Anything like “if you still need assistance, respond with [whatever details]” - as specifically account issues can't really be solved here at the community hub, we're fellow Strava users advising each other, but we don't have any access to accounts…

(What seems to have happened is as @anchskier said, you probably somehow created a duplicate account… and Strava Support needs to merge your accounts to resolve this issue)

HI,

Thank you, I also had the same thought and searched for myself, found duplicate accounts, and found the one to use was the one logging in with Apple account -

Would you suggest deleting the other accounts or just leaving as inactive ?

If you know that it is a duplicate account, I would suggest deleting it.  Although it would just sit there unused, it provides a potential risk if it is compromised in the future through a data breach or hacking.
