Hi ​@Stevemac, Strava displays only a couple of metrics in the main feed, and there's no option to customise. 
You can vote for the following feature request though: 

Other friends I follow still showing 3 metrics and not only 2 like I have? Can you explain this please. It surely must mean you can have 3 metrics, and numerous friends still showing this. Picture attached. shows today 3 metrics showing. Taken today, can you explain this??? 

It’s different per activity, not per user. It’s how it's designed. Sometimes more metrics fit in, sometimes fewer, and the achievements are displayed instead. Sometimes e.g. elevation gain takes priority and is displayed instead of the pace. Etc. 

And the idea / feature request I linked and suggested that you vote for is asking Strava to change this, and to allow users to display their preferred metrics. I.e. exactly what you want. 

I will vote for a change, however can I add that we are all doing a run and thought would show same display for all. Thanks
