Good morning Please help me with the refund process for the annual subscription I accidentally purchased, which the app automatically processed without my confirmation. I haven't used the Strava app since October. I only took a trial subscription, and then an annual bill was issued, which then automatically transferred the payment to my account. I will use the funds for hospital expenses. So, please help me with the refund process. I sincerely request it.
