I tried to change my strava email account from apple id to gmail. But unfortunately, my account got temporarily suspended. What should I do to recover my account and continue the process of changing the email? Thank you.

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble. Strava has limits in place to prevent unauthorized changes to athlete accounts.
It appears that during the process of attempting to change the email address on your Strava account, you provided the wrong password enough times to encounter a limit. While I am unable to lift the limit you have run into, you should be able to change your email address after 24 hours. We’re continuing to evaluate our rate limits and I will relay this information to the appropriate team. If you continue to have issues, please submit a support ticket and we will investigate further.
