Hi, I’m using Amazfit Active Edge for recording my workout activity and sync it via Zepp to Strava. The problem is that by each time of sync, the step count data is not being synced. Currently I solved it by uploading the exported data from Zepp, but is there something I can do, for it to be able to be synced on the go along with another statistics?
Same issue, except I can’t be bothered to manually upload the data. Please add steps to the synced data that moves from Zepp to Strava for workouts of type “walking”.
More properly, guess I need to ping the Zepp support team.
Zepp app => Profile => USER FEEDBACK, just above SETTINGS. I excluded logs as this isn’t a “something’s broken” issue but a feature request.
