Lost Access to new account

I have not been able to access my month-old account. I was uploading some .fit files today and logged me out and I haven’t been able to log back in. It shows the following message on the app and on the PC it just says “please try again later”. I’m not sure what to do...password reset didn’t work and support seems to be taking longer to respond.
