changing my email address

Hi I need help… 

I tried emailing, tweeting. Even submitted a ticket. Still no response. 
 

I signed up Strava account using Apple ID using facial id recognition. And I would like to change my email address yet I’m not been able to because I need a password to be sent to my email address to follow the instructions. But I wasn’t given a password when I signed up Strava using Apple login. I didn’t realise it’d give me a different email address that you provided. Had I know it wasn’t gonna use my email address to login as it’s what I used my iCloud etc I would’ve signed up using the email instead of Apple login and given some random email that was provided by you. 
 

please please respond, as I don’t know how long this customer service is taking.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently working through a backlog of requests.
