Since a few months the graphs in the activities show 2 metrics, of which always the altitude profile which is hiding the underlying metric, like speed, heart beat, power etc... how can I go back to graphs with only 1 metric, without the altitude profile?

Unfortunately, the activity graphs cannot be adjusted.
However, we appreciate your feedback on what you would prefer to see from the graphs.
