Have you gone back into Strava Support to check the status of the support request to make sure it wasn’t waiting for some more information from you or got marked as completed for some reason? I know in some cases, depending on the situation, when you submit a support request it will send out a request for additional information via e-mail. If you happen to miss that for whatever reason (spam filter, etc...) and don’t go back to check the status of the request, you would not ever see anything else from it.
