Thanks for your post and sorry to see that’s happening. A couple of things to try:
- Please try logging out of the app, closing it completely and then restarting it. Logging out is the key step, so please make sure you do that.
- Please ensure your Strava App is updated to the latest version available in the App Store

Similar problem here. All routes that are created on the iOS app just disappear after saving them. Routes that are created on a desktop browser are visible.
iOS 18.1.1 / iPhone 12 Pro
I’m having the same issue. Did anyone find a solution? Attempting a ride across Italy so need the maps! Tricky without.
