could not create a route, weather it is short or long distant, i am getting an error message which is "Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together."

I have debugged the issue to being a dns issue.

My network cannot connect to the domain https://graphql.strava.com/

I updated my DNS settings for my network to a cloudflare one (1.1.1.1) and it now works. Unclear if it is a strava issue or an ISP issue. For now I’ll use cloudflare as my DNS and hope it resolves itself in a couple of weeks. I might try restarting my router to see if that has any effect. Clearing my DNS cache didn’t help.

I have the same issue, I cant see my old routes or create new routes without getting the same error as above. It started this last couple of weeks.

I have tried chrome & safari, turning off browser plugins etc.

Any success @yoni ?

Thanks - this has resolved the issue for me as well.

I am able to create routes but only able to view the first 20. When I delete one, others that I have previously saved appear. Is anyone having the same issue?
