changing the x-axis on the heart rate analysis.

This is a workout I’ve just done. 1 hour of weights, 10 minute run, 10 minute row, 50 minutes exercise bike. The x-axis is meaningless. It should be time based, not distance based.

Thank you for your post. Strava doesn’t currently support multi-sport activities, so for best results we would recommend recording these are 4 separate activities. That way you can apply the correct activity type and see your data (including heart rate) over time instead of distance for non-distance based activities.

For example, here’s how the HR graph appears on an activity categorized as “weight training”. You’ll notice the x-axis on the graph is time, not distance:

ive just recorded an activity as “weight training” on my Garmin, and it has solved the problem I had. I appreciate your advice and help.
