[RESOLVED] Web Personal Heatmaps not updating

I've had the same issue ... did a 110km+ bike ride that isnt showing

Thanks for writing in about this! We're currently investigating this bug affecting some athletes' recent activities on the Personal Heatmap. We'll follow up here when a fix for this issue is live.

Still having this issue.

Hi Bruce,  I am still having the same issue also.  Run from 8th April 2024 in a new area still not updating the personal heatmap. 

Seems to have just updated now but the run heatmap that was missing still glitches a bit when zooming in and creating a new map on the mobile app

Same issue for me... a lot of activities are not showing in personal heatmap.. some are 1 Year old+. 

Edit: The issue seems to be related to the (Iphone) App. Using web browser (Or mobile web) the heatmap show as expected. 

Unfortunately it is not resolved, all trail runs still missing from my heat maps (iOS, I don’t think people with android have that problem)

I still have activities missing as well. Only in the app, not the desktop version. An assumption: it's the activities that had the visibility set to "Only You" at some point. But not 100% sure.

Still missing all trail run activities on mobile (iOS). Snowboard/hike/run/bike all show up fine.

I am still missing all mountain Bike heat map 

Further info:
- On the new maps tab, nothing seems to be showing up from the last month.
- In the route builder, everything shows up as expected. 

Using Strava web, Arc browser (chromium 123)

All mountain biking missing too. Changed one session to Biking and back to Mountain and it showed up, but today that trip was gone again.

I wonder if this will be fixed or are we supposed to streamline activities.

I'm still having this issue. Recent runs are added, but many older runs, both this year and years back have is not  added to my personal heatmaps. Have double checked time period and activity types. It is an issue both in browser and mobile app.

Hi Bruce. Still problems with heatmap. Activities missing, for example all mountainbiking in Sardegna, new and older rides. Please please resolve that problem asap, heatmap is important for me

Hi all! Thanks for following up here. This issue should be resolved on the Web Personal Heatmap found in the Routebuilder and Maps tab on the Strava website. However, we were seeing some residual missing activities for trail activities (Trail Run, Hike, Mountain Bike Ride, and Gravel Ride) within the Personal Heatmap on the mobile app. We have identified the cause of this issue and released a fix for iOS devices yesterday 4/23/24. We hope to have a fix released for Android devices in the near future.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work for me. So I submitted a new ticket/request.

Fix on iOS: does not do the trick. App updated yesterday, no mountain biking on the heat map, at all.

Strava - are you OK to refund this month's payment? This is a feature included in the premium advertising. 

 on Mobile (Android) unfortunately stil not ok  

my ios app is up to date and still not working heatmap! on web browser works normal.

Since this morning my heatmap is complete again as far as i can see. Android. Thank you! 🌷

It's still not working after over a month. This is a premium feature that I am paying for. Sort it out strava!
