Can't view / create or edit my routes in browser

In December I noticed I couldn’t view, edit or create routes in the broswer (I tried them all). My routes still appear on the strava app. This is one of the main reasons I pay for Strava.

When I try to create a route in browser I get the following error message…

“Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.”

I’ve tried to create a ticket but it is still unanswered since December - I got a few emails saying they would be slow to reply but nothing more.

Am I missing something or is this just how Strava is now?

Are you still having trouble creating & editing routes on web?
If so, can you test if you have the same issue under a different web browser?
