I just discovered that Strava apparently does not provide heart rate analysis for some activities (ie Walking, Hiking). I got a sweet new Garmin Epix Gen 2 and went for a hike only to see only a barebones heart data graph in my Strava app and the web page. There is no deeper analysis like HR zones or even HR max or avg.
Is there a chart somewhere that shows what kind of analysis is available for each activity type?
While walking and hiking activities might not be as intense cardio activities as mountain biking or running, when you walk or hike up mountains and hills, your HR can get up there!
