We have reached the 999 Athlete limit and have tried contacting support, resubmitting the app for verification, and we have not heard back on how to increase these limits.

Is there a separate contact form or method to get this number increased?

I am running into the same issue. I have requested athlete limit and request limit increases but yet to hear back from the Support team.

Hello Strava team,

I am the developer of Pedal Wars, a cycling challenge web application. The app connects with Strava to:

  • Import users’ cycling activities (distance, time, elevation, speed, etc.)

  • Provide leaderboards, goals and private leagues for friends, teams and companies

  • Add gamification with progress bars and digital badges

Currently, we are in Single Player Mode and limited to 1 athlete. We would like to increase the athlete limit to 50–100 athletes for beta testing with our community of cyclists.
