What’s New?
1. Updated Ranking System
We’ve simplified our ranking system to make it clearer and more intuitive. Here’s how it works:
- Be active: As you participate in the community – posting, responding, marking answers, etc., you’ll work your way up our new ranks.
- New Ranks: We’ve streamlined our ranking system, from Hub Newbie to Hub Legend. The new ranks can be found here:

Hub Starter
Hub Rookie
Hub Climber
Hub Explorer
Hub Trailblazer
Hub Adventurer
Hub Powerhouse
Hub Expert
Hub Elite
Hub Legend
2. New Badging System
Badges are a fun way to recognize your contributions in specific areas. Badges will be focused on participation around peer to peer support and creating conversations in the Hub. Some highlights:
- Activity Badges: Awarded for actions like starting discussions, providing helpful responses, or reaching a posting milestone.
- Badges will be awarded for:
- Creating topics (including conversations, questions and ideas)
- Replying to topics
- Sharing a solution (as marked by the original poster or Hub moderators)
- Previous activity will be rolled over into this new system.
- Badges will be awarded for:
- Special Event Badges: Participate in special events or challenges to earn exclusive badges.
Due to technical limitations, some badges from the old experience will not be included in this new system; these badges will be applied to profiles as “legacy” badges.
