Tags

Tags are are organisational tools created by administrators that allow us to categorize the content created in Community in a meaningful way. Anytime a new discussion topic, blog, or knowledge article is created, a selection of tag options can be chosen from to help define the content at a high level. As an example, tags can be as simple as Run, Ride, or Swim. Keep in mind that you can use more than one tag at a time, the key is to use what makes the most sense to help us navigate specific content instead of scrolling through the entire forum.

How do you find most popular tags?

Popular tags are located in content boxes located on the right-hand side of any board page.

Can I subscribe to a tag?

Due to technical limitations, subscribing to tags is not supported. Previous tag subscriptions won’t be transferred to this new platform. We recommend subscribing to categories or specific threads, as detailed below.

Subscriptions

How to Subscribe to a Category

You can subscribe to categories to make sure you don’t miss out on any new topics added. Open the category and then you’ll see a button that says Subscribe. To unsubscribe, you will need to just click the same button that will say Unsubscribe

To subscribe to a particular topic within the category, click the star icon at the bottom of the post that says Subscribe. Once you click it will turn blue to let you know that you are now subscribed. To unsubscribe you’ll just click that same Subscribe button, and it will then turn grey to let you know that you are no longer subscribed.

Please note that Subscriptions are not Carried Over from previous forum

  • The new forum supports category and thread subscriptions, so please take note of the threads or categories you’d like to follow.
  • If you participated in a thread, you’ll get notifications as usual. If you did not participate but subscribed to a thread, you won’t get updates and will need to re-subscribe via the “Subscribe” button on a post.

You can also edit your category notification preferences at any time by visiting your Profile > Settings. If you’re subscribed to a post that you no longer want to follow, you can go to Profile > Subscriptions, and click the star on the post to unsubscribe.

Some of my recent Zwift rides are being captured in my personal Strava account, but not in my totals for the clubs I belong to.  This is an intermittent problem. Sometimes I go weeks without this happening, and sometimes my rides get omitted a couple of times per week.  I have not changed my settings.  They are set so that others may see my ride data.  I have tried to resolve this problem through Strava's tech support site to no avail.  While not a show stopper, it is mightily frustrating because there seems to be no rhyme nor reason for this to happen.  Can anyone help me with this issue?
