Step 1: Start from the Strava App
- Open the Strava app.
- Tap on the activity you want to share (run, ride, etc.). Requires a map or photo uploaded.
- Hit the share icon (box with arrow) from the activity screen.
Step 2: Choose Instagram Stories
- The share sheet will pop up with options.
- Scroll across to find the Instagram Stories asset.
