🏃 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start from the Strava App

• Open the Strava app.
   
• Tap on the activity you want to share (run, ride, etc.). Requires a map or photo uploaded.
   
• Hit the share icon (box with arrow) from the activity screen.
   

Step 2: Choose Instagram Stories 

• The share sheet will pop up with options.
   
• Scroll across to find the Instagram Stories asset.
   
• Tap the Instagram icon labeled “Stories.”

Step 3: Customize Your Story in Instagram

• Instagram will open automatically with your Strava activity already displayed.
