Subscribed to the annual membership on 16 March 2026 and forgot to cancel it, ended up paying for the membership on 15 April. Tried to cancel it and request for a refund through Google Play, but can't seem to find the Strava payment anywhere. I checked the Google Play app and website but the Strava payment doesn't show up anywhere even though my bank shows that the payment was made through Google. The email used to pay and subscribe to the subscription is also the same, so I can't seem to figure out the issue. Does anyone have a similar experience and know how to resolve it?

How can I disable the " your activity from 1year ago"  in my feed. Very annoying !

Hi, im currently doing the 60 miles walkies challenge for Stand up to cancer. My Strava app is linked to my giving page so it can track how many miles I’ve done and it uploads my activities. However not all my activities have uploaded so it looks like I have done less miles than I have, I have checked all my settings and the activity type. The activities that haven’t uploaded aren’t any different to those that have successfully uploaded. Is there anything that can be done?Thanks 

It would be really helpful to have a trim activity feature for strength training, similar to what's available for runs and rides. Sometimes I forget to stop my recording right away, and being able to edit the activity would provide more accurate stats.

As a cyclist and runner, I personally have encountered unexpected unsafe infrastructure on routes such as bike lanes or road shoulders abruptly ending and dumping me into car traffic or other hazards such as surface changes or construction detours/closures and know that this is a common issue for other cyclists and runners as well. It would be helpful to have a feature in maps to be able to add hazard warnings for other users similar to Waze or Google Maps to be able to see when making and taking routes. Passing on safety beta to each other is a great way to strengthen the Strava athlete user community and keep each other safer. It would also be great if there was a way to include car traffic speed limits on the maps as well so that users can sort and or filter route making by how fast the car traffic is approximately traveling and can better avoid higher speed (more unsafe for cyclists and runners or walkers) streets in favor of safer lower speed routes. I know I would use the mapping

It would be great to add the ability to pin your activities and have a dedicated section on the profile page for them.

When using the manual activity function, it’s very sluggish in its functionality. Like the kilometers is rounded up, the dates is just spinned from a wheel (hard to be accurate, when you’re going back 7-8 years or more) and there is no map or route function at all, only a picture function.I was previously using another running app until I found Strava, and I would very much like to keep and go back to my previous runs again, to both find and see my progression in the future.When you’re a premium member, you get to make your own routes and save them for future purposes. So my question is why isn’t it possible to make the manual function more efficient and fun, with this function, so I can get a more precise estimate of my runs and etc. and see them on a map?

Dear Strava Development team.  I recently discovered that it’s now possible to download a route to my Apple Watch and use it to guide me.  I tried it out on a known route in my neighborhood and it was very difficult to follow because the map is based on true north instead of up on the watch being the route direction.  Also, the direction of the “beacon” that represents me on the map did not seem to be accurate.  While clearly traveling on the route it sometimes pointed left, right and behind.  Only occasionally did it point in the direction I was heading.   if I was in an unfamiliar location where I did not know north and it was dark out, the Strava route guidance would be useless.

It would be really useful to be able to set the privacy of an activity via the API - is this something that could be added to UpdateableActivity?

Is there a new & current existing problem with streaks not updating?  I've been stuck on a 19-day streak for multiple days now.  Strava AI doesn't update the streak even though I do multiple activities a day and all are uploaded.  I logged out of the app and shut down and restarted my iPhone and it updated an activity the same day afterwards to a 20-day streak but the next day I was back down to a 19-day streak.

Hi,We(Motorola) have launched a new smartwatch in the market recently. Our developer team has created client ID, submitted form and have done all requirements. Team has hit a roadblock now as we need to expand the integration to multiple customers/users. Please let us know if we can get in touch with anyone to solve this. 

Is anyone else experiencing their maps jumping back towards their original position when dragging them in the Android app? Mine started doing this a couple months ago and it's really annoying.

I have a Motorola G24 phone, & it has never run Strava reliably. Unless I keep the screen activated, the GPS data stops, resulting in straight lines on the final log.I have disabled every battery saver / background activity restriction function I can find.It appears to me that Strava is running but the GPS stops. As the GPS isn't an app, I can't find any options that might prevent it from running.Looking like I'll just have to buy another new phone...

Today, 30 minutes into a 50K ride I found that my Beacon connection had been cancelled and I had to restart the ride as it had stopped recording too. My Wife relies on my Beacon connection to see where I am and she was concerned that I’d had some sort of accident.I was unable to log in from the App again without gaining access from a code sent to my home Email account which I can’t easilly access from my phone. After this I could start another ride but despite sending the Beacon SMS to my wife several times it didnt show any progress and appeared to be waiting for me to move. I had started the ride as usual through the Strava App in my iPhone and have had no problems in all the years I’ve been using it. I did wonder if this was some sort of hack occuring as Ive had no notification of any impending changes to logging in and I should also add that a friend has had a similar experience.

Hello everyone, I’m trying to upload or attach a photo to an activity through my own application — or alternatively link an external image, if Strava supports embedding images from external sources.The goal is to achieve something similar to what Zwift or Rouvy activities display: a main workout image that visually represents the completed session.I’ve checked the public API documentation, but I haven’t found a clear description of how to upload an image directly to an existing activity (not as a user photo and not via the standard /uploads endpoint). Before I continue experimenting, I’d like to know whether Strava currently supports this for third‑party developers, and if so, which endpoint or workflow should be used.Any guidance, examples, or official references would be greatly appreciated.
