The imported distance is correct however the the imported time reflected is 1/3 the actual time.How to fix 

Commute is the main activity tag I use especially since it comprises a huge proportion of my activities. I loved that I could filter these out when looking at my activities and would love to see this again since selecting all activity tags EXCEPT commute does not solve for this. Thanks!

I’d like to identify a “segment of the month” for my team, and then have a competition to see who can complete the segment the most amount of times within a month. I am not interested in fastest time, just most attempts of the segment. I know I can compare times on a segment within my club, but I am interested only in the local legend of the segement, within my club, within a single month. How can I track this? Thanks!

Hello, Since 2 days i can't see my new activities, one uploaded from a Garmin forerunner 255 and one uploaded from a hammerhead karoo2.No one can see it, even me, in my profile too.When i try to upload directly with a gpx file it says it match with an existing activity with an url to this activity, so i click on it and i can modify it but when i quit the activity it still not appear.So i deleted it, uploaded with the gpx with no problem now, but still not appearing for anyone.Anyone i already had this problem ? How can i fix this ? 

I live in north Cyprus and use Strava a lot.  The map place names show all the oldGreek town names from 60 years ago .  I checked on osm and they show the correct place names Is there a reason Strava has decided to be political and not show what places are actually called

I'm sensitive to screen motions and I dislike the recent app update for 2 things in particular. First, when I hit record (which is now bizarrely a play button) the map spins around to orient to north. I try to look away as quickly as I can after pressing play/record but still end up getting some nausea from the spinning. The second issue is the stupid animation that appears after an activity that says things like "way to go!" and moves around the screen. Again, more screen movement that I have to try to look away from so as to not feel seasick. I know I'm in the minority but is there a way to disable map spinning and animations? 

Since my garmin watch records equestrian activities,  why not do the same? It's not like the horse is doing all the work. Blue below is speed. We did about 8k in an hour. Figure below shows heart rate,  showing significant exertion.  

I love the Strava personal heat map - it’s a big reason i’m a subscriber. I love maps and it’s extra motivation for me. Since the AWS issue 2 days ago though, some runs that had previously shown on my heat map are no longer showing. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern - I’m missing a run from July and some from other months. I’d love this to be fixed because I had been trying to run on every road in my area, but now my map isn’t accurate so I’m disappointed. 

I have a Fitbit versa 4. Workouts show up there but not on Strava. I have to manually enter walks and runs. Before I had to refresh in Fitbit for it to show up in Strava now it’s nothing. Have reinstalled both apps, and logged out. Strava’s help was not helpful 

Just saying…  The Padel sport has gained around 18 million players, and its growth shows no signs of slowing down.Today, there are approximately 30 million padel players worldwide...and it is still not on Strava. Come on guys!

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out because someone has been harassing me on Strava by flagging several of my activities without any valid reason. It looks like a mass attack, since some of my friends were also flagged at the exact same time.All our activities are 100% legitimate, and this seems to have been done just to harm our profiles. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to contact Strava support directly.Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with Strava or report this situation properly? Any guidance would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help!

The activity details synced pretty consistenly but not with the map, it shifted so far away from the original path. Any fix for this or is this a new bug ? 

22 Dec 2023 I recorded a ride with two devices: Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Garmin Edge 830.The Apple Watch workout recorded 569m altitude gain. While the Garmin Edge 830 recorded 566m altitude gain. So they are comparable. Both recordings were imported into Strava.In Strava App the Garmin Edge 830 showed 566m altitude gain - no change.But in Strava App the Apple Watch workout showed 694m altitude gain - an increase of 125m.The Apple Watch (incorrectly) import shows Strava increased the altitude gain by 125m.To make things worse, I am unable to adjust the elevation to fix any incorrect altitude readings for the workouts imported from my Apple Watch, but I am able to adjust the elevation of the correct altitude gain readings from worko

Hi there,when tracking my rides with Apple Watch, the data recorded is a plausible and consistent match with other resources, e.g. komoot pre ride track planning.Importing the recorded track however, has a strange impact especially on altitude information. A track with 300 meters of altitude difference (Apple, komoot, paper map) e.g. easily gets imported as 600+ meters in Strava. This gives a wrong information for the training status and kind of nags on my credibility with those who joined me for the ride 😉 😉Why doesn‘t Strava simply take the well recorded data from Apple, but applies some additional magic during import, that actually goes so significantly wrong?thanks a lot!Thomas

Hello,During a recent workout, I encountered an issue with the Mi Fitness app failing to synchronize the GPS track from my Mi Band 7 Pro. By the time the problem was resolved, Strava had already synced the workout without the GPS data. Consequently, I now have accurate information with the track on Mi Fitness but not on Strava. Is there a way to manually trigger a sync? I'm concerned that deleting the workout on Strava might only make it invisible, with Strava still retaining the record of having downloaded this workout.

I am contacting you because when I tried to save my today’s activity the app failed to save it ( sometimes it happens if the internet is not available exactly at the time so I thought it will be registered but it never did ) so I logged out and in again and was surprised to see all my data has disappeared and it is as if I am starting all over again with no pictures or previous activities.Would you be kind to help me retrieve my data please as last few months hard work is now gone and I can not see my profile. Yours

I have a workout that's not uploading to my account, just keeps stuck on processing. I've logged out and in, I've tried refreshing many times and tried uploading a new activity, with no solution.

Since today I can suddenly see who of my contacts is a subscriber and who isn't. That means they can see the same for me. Surely that's private information I didn't give strava permission to share with my friends?I once got a subscription to support Strava, but that doesn't mean I want to broadcast it to the world. It feels extremely pretentious. Can this be turned off? And if not, can I get my subscription cancelled and refunded? It still runs until March but surely this wasn't part of the agreement I signed. 

The app crashes when I try to record a new activity or want to open a previous activity!Uninstalling the app didn't help
