Hi, I’ve noticed a strange behavior after upgrading from Apple Watch SE to Apple Watch Ultra 3. When I start a run with the Apple Fitness on my watch, the activity syncs to Strava. In Strava, the source is shown as Apple Health, not Apple Watch Ultra 3. All permissions are enabled: Strava is connected to Health, Strava has full read/write access, and Motion & Fitness permissions are on. I also have the Strava app installed on my watch, but I prefer using the native Workout app for recording. With my previous Apple Watch SE, Strava used to display the source as “Apple Watch SE” (even when I recorded with the native Workout app). After switching to Apple Watch Ultra 3, the exact same workflow only shows “Apple Health” as the source.My question: Is this the expected behavior now (Strava always labels the source as Apple Healt

since the App upgrade, the key data (time, speed, HR, distance) is all minimised at the bottom of the screen and maximises the map/route, which makes i impossible to view while running. there must be a setting i need to change -  any suggestions otherwise I’ll have to switch to a different app as i run to pace and HR -  if i cant see it it’s of no value. thanks

I do runs and trail runs.When I do trail running, I am able to download my activities. But when I do runs (on a track) and I record it on Strava, I am not able to download my activity. And when I want to share it, it’s shared as links not the picture. Also, I noticed that when I record trail runs, my route is orange but it’s black on track runs. How do I fix that?Track RunTrail Run 

When creating a route, the route builder will not allow me to follow certain roads, even though I have ridden them many times. It will not even allow me to put waypoints on those ridden roads to direct the route there. Using the 'most direct' setting does not help. If I have ridden it, I should be allowed to make a route including it - the most direct route even includes public segments that others have ridden, all on asphalt, unlike the route it gives me, where km 4 is on a 'dirt' road with round stones that is dangerous to ride.

Hello I have just bought a Apple Watch and now I see that I can’t put routes fro Strava to my watch, like Garmins turn by turn. can I do something or do I have to by another watch ? 

Please bring back the “Virtual Ride” type. I and many others use it to separate outdoor from indoor rides. Thank you. 

Hi,Could you please restore the route planning functionality? Currently, I get a message saying Mapbox is not supported when trying to plan a route on my MacBook. This has worked really well and has become a core part of my training prep. It feels like you made an ‘upgrade’ but the maps aren’t compatible. If I try to open a Mac, I can see the profile but the map just times out. If I try to make a route I get the message where the map should be.This has been going on for days now. Please fix it!ThanksSteve

All, is this some kind of bug? Heart rate font colour is in black (same as background) and not visible since last update. Visible when in auto pause and the background colour changes in yellow 🙄.

Earlier, when I clicked on "Share", I used to see multiple options — one with only stats, one with map and stats, etc. But now I can see only one option, which is the transparent one.I have made the activity visible to everyone and removed all privacy restrictions, but it still shows only one sharing option.

Until a few days ago, I have had no issues with this, but now, it seems that no activity will let me share my flyovers with Instagram stories. It will share everywhere else, but when I click to share to stories, it gives me the circle of death. I tried uninstalling and re-installing my Strava, but no luck. Any ideas? 

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded from an Apple Watch Series 7 to a Series 11 and since then I’ve been having issues with how my workouts appear in Strava. When I record workouts in the Apple Workout app, they sync to Strava via Apple Health but the source always shows as “Apple Health” instead of “Apple Watch Series 11”In the Strava app on my iPhone, under Settings → Manage apps and devices, I constantly see the message “Accept permissions for Apple Watch” — even though I’ve already granted all permissions.

Anyone else noticed this recent change on the webpage?I have just noticed that under 'Profile' and ‘My Stats’ activities are now being displayed  showing the activity total time rather than the moving time of the activity.I'm sure most people would much rather see their efforts recorded showing moving or effort time, rather than a total time that may include all manner of stops!Any advice on how to change back would be very welcome.Strava ‘support’ were no help BTW.

Is there a way I can have all my Zwift rides uploaded to my Strava but not be published? I want to continue having my real world rides published but not Zwift. Obviously I can quickly choose to make it “Only Me” to see afterwards but I would rather not have to do that every time.One thought I had was making all work outs private until I hit “Everyone” for viewing but I don’t want all my previous real world rides to be hidden. Any help would be great. I have a Stryd power pod and use it for all my runs.   Strava used to show my average power but several weeks ago it replaced power with calories.  How can I get my power numbers back?

Hi. I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 and have over a hundred maps saved for my cycling. Recently what’s happening is that when I chose a saved map and press ‘Start’ the map expands to full screen and shows my location (with the blue dot) but the orange route line will not show. If I hide the zoomed-in ‘centred’ view and go back to the map the orange line shows but as soon as I go back to the ‘zoomed-in’ view it disappears again. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing but I’ve still got the same issue. So at the moment I can’t use any of my carefully planned routes - very frustrating.I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro and have the latest IOS 18.6 running (it wasn’t working on the previous IOS version either)Any ideas?

My map updated and now everything that isn’t a road or path is now the same green color, including water. This makes it so hard to orient yourself and find good routes when traveling. Additionally, the map is now so visually overwhelming and overstimulating. Along with this new update, when you click on satellite it just stays on this green color scheme. Is there any way to reverse this update?? Any way to change the map at all?? 

Hey, I'm asking about my payment. I see that my annual subscription for my Visa was canceled. This is €70, but I later confirmed that I'm still a student. This was approved, so a year is €35 with a 50% discount. Now I'm wondering if I'll get the remaining €35 back? Or how does this work exactly?

My workout app on my watch records the workout and used to feed the data into Strava. Previous activities have loaded without any issues, but lately its not updating or updates a day later.  I have logged out, reset my phone, confirmed the pairing on my watch but nothing works.  Please assist
