Display laps for cycling in the android app.

Laps are displayed on the Strava website under "Laps" as well as on the mobile app under "Workout Analysis". 

The mobile Workout Analysis will be displayed automatically on most activities that contain at least two laps. In cycling activities, power is also required to generate a Workout Analysis.

If you record with a GPS device that's capable of recording laps (automatically, manually, or both) the analysis will default to lap data. Laps can be created for any distance but some devices automatically record a lap every mile or kilometer. On run activities with no laps present, you will see a Pace Analysis where the activity is broken down into one mile or one km laps depending on your settings.

Scroll down on the activity details page to see a preview of your Workout Analysis and your splits at a glance. Tap on the preview to open the Workout Analysis screen. The bar graph charts your pace over the laps, and you can see a numerical breakdown of your distance, elapsed time, and pace for each lap below the graph. Depending on the activity type, you will see your laps analyzed based on heart rate, power, speed, or distance. You can scroll through the graph or chart and highlight sections of your activity to analyze the section.

I could not find what you mention. In cycling activities where I hit the lap button, I don't usually have a power meter nor a heart rate monitor. Lap information shall not require such devices to be displayed. I hope this will change, as I don't view laps as part of a workout, but more as delimiters of different stages of an activity. Typically I'm riding up the mountain – lap – then riding down, and I would like to avoid having a joint average velocity at display, but rather seing the average for each section. What's the solution for me?
