I have a list of applications we publish with Strava integration features and a lot of them have reached the athlete limits. I have filled out the form multiple times over the past few weeks and have not received a response or an update. Is there any way to expedite these athlete limit requests and make a mass update to multiple client Ids at once for those of us with White Label applications?

Send a follow up email to developers@strava.com, add your client id as a subject. It takes some weeks for them to respond.

I have been writing them over and over since October. Is Strava going out of business?

I have a Strava compatible approved app that has been available on Apple App Store for several years. Now I am developing a new app but have to do so under another account. Having to create a new account just to have access to another Strava API app seems crazy. I will not be using this account for anything but API access - no activities will post to this account. This presents a problem for athlete limits = 1. That limit is reached when the account for API access is used during authentication. I can’t use my real account (signed in on Strava mobile app) that has activities since that will push the connected athlete to 2. The native Strava app OAuth screen simply comes back with “Error”

Can anyone provide advice on how to manage this? Do I simple request an athlete limit increase on the second account? Has anyone successfully petitioned Strava to allow more that 1 app per account?
