Has anyone else purchased the Strava + Runna subscription and has not been able to sync the Runna subscription? I have tried deleting both apps, logging out and back in, reaching out to support for both companies and have gotten no helpful response. My phone shows the Runna and Strava accounts syncing, but when I get on the Runna app it says I do not have a subscription. I’ve submitted a ticket to Support for Strava and haven’t heard anything for days, and have been talking to Runna support as well to no avail. I am so frustrated because I just dropped $150 for such a limited support team response and no idea if I’m going to be able to set up the Runna subscription. If anyone has had a similar experience and has resolved this issue please let me know.
