"This location does not have any route information from Health" Error
Hi,
I have an iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 10. I use Apple Fitness on my watch to start my workout and import the activity through Strava app later once it is ready. I have attached my settings below, so there is no reason this should be happening… I have also removed the activity and toggle the settings and re import the activity, yet no prevail.

Hi @Mahin,
When you view that activity in the fitness app on your iPhone, does it include the gps data (route, elevation)? - just to make sure that you haven't accidentally used the Indoor Run exercise on your AW.
From the screenshot from Health, it appears that all permissions are set correctly. So if you’ve done the activity as an Outdoor Run but it still imports without gps, try uninstalling the Strava app from your iPhone (just in case it got somehow corrupt) and install again. The new installation will also re-request the needed permissions during the process.
Hi Jana,
Thank you for your response. Yes Apple fitness does show elevation, however the route only shows this (I have attached it below).
Regarding the re-installation of the app. I had done that today and went on a walk, unfortunately no change. I have attached it below aswell. I’m abit disappointed since I’ve paid for strava premium and it’s not working.
Hmm that's weird. It looks like for some reason, it's already the AW that doesn't record the route. Strava then obviously can’t display the map - since it's simply not there.
So let’s focus on the AW recording process. Do you have any previous activities you could check as a reference? I mean - was the map on older activities and only stopped recently (i.e. we can try figuring out what had changed), or it has never been successfully recorded?
And one more idea, on your AW, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, and make sure that you haven't accidentally disabled this.
