Hi, I’ve been locked out of my Strava account for over a week now and have submitted a ticket but still have had no response. Do you know how long the response should typically take?
I signed up for trial offer and it auto deposited through the subscription.
The route to cancel my subscription and get a refund is tedious and set up to trick.
I did not want to purchase this plan and now I'm going through hoops of fire to get my money back
I am asking if this is by design by Strava? When can I expect a refund if I put in my ticket the same day money was autodeposited without my approval?

put in a ticket some time ago about changing from an email that no longer exists… seems this is not the first time this has happened, but no response? How long does it take to get an acknowledgement? I sure hope they are not responding to the email that is no longer valid. Put that in the original ticket but just looking for some feedback.

how long does it take to respond? either there are tons of problems or I don’t know the process well enough. Same battle it seems with any customer support lately, can’t talk with anyone and all seem to be going to “chat bot” I have also viewed this issue on previous chats… the email my account is linked to is no longer valid and I do not have access to it anymore. I want to change it but the link to change it goes to the old email… not very useful. My guess is that if someone is actually trying to help they are sending information to the old email… specifically stated in the issue to not do that. I even pay for the service but that might end soon
