lost access to account when i changed email

Has anyone else changed email on an account and it’s now logging you into your old account and not your current account? I’ve submitted a ticket but I haven’t had anything back from Strava so I was seeing if anyone here knows how to resolve this situation. Thanks everyone

Average pace how to see while running

I have a questipn regarding average pace while running. I always just see on my phone the pace for the current kilometer, but not for thw whole distance during running. how can i change that ? thanks from austria. markus

Salve, voglio portare la mia utenza a FAMIGLIA con altri 3 membri. Fatta liscrizione mi han dato un link di invito ma strava mi dice che devo aspettare 30 giorni per far scadere il mio abbonamento {di che?} visto che non ho sottoscritto nessun abbonamento? Ho cercado di cancellarmi per poi ri registrarmi ma mi chiede 90 giorni… possibile che non ci sia un modo per usare subito labbonamento family? chi devo contattare per poter risolvere il problema?

Unauthorized subscription charge - Seeking refund and advice

Hey fellow Strava users! I'm reaching out because I was recently charged for a subscription I didn't authorize. I've contacted Strava support and GCash, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm hoping to get a refund ASAP. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to get a refund quickly would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

My Activity did not match a segment that it should have

I was running a segment До Синия вир with the goal of a crown and in the end the segment is not visible in the activity. I pushed myself and gave it my all. We were running together with my husband Пейо Христов, who was pacing me, and we finished with almost the same time, he finished seconds ahead of me. On his activity the segment До Синия вир is visible, but on mine it is not. The segment Синия вир последна част and the segment Синия вир спускане 1 част are part of the segment До Синия вир. There is no way they are included in the activity, but the segment До Синия вир is not included. This disappoints me a lot, because I know how much I gave of myself.... I kindly ask you to look at my application and see that I went exactly along the segment and there is no reason why it should not be visible in my activity. Does Strava primarily focus on running and cycling?

I love to stay active and enjoy a range of outdoor activities like golf, walking, running, and hiking. However, I've noticed that most of the fitness platforms are more focused on running when it comes to tracking my progress. For example, even though I've covered almost 300km of hiking, the platform only displays my 80km of runs. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a more accurate representation of my overall fitness activities on these platforms. Do you have any suggestions or insights on how to manage this?

activties incorrectly flagged.

Some of my activities get incorrectly flagged.There is a group bike ride I regularly take part in, and typically, my activity will be flagged. It’s a fastish group ride, but not insanely, just amateur level. And I’m far from the fastest one. I never get any KOM, and actually never get in the top 10 of any segment either. But every time, strava declares that the activity was actually done on an electric bike, and my PRs and segments are invalidated. Other members of this ride also get their rides flagged. When I look at my friends, I’d say about a third of them get the ride flagged initially. Not necessarily the faster riders. Who gets flagged and who doesn’t seem pretty arbitrary. Most people are able to get it validated after all. I was also able to get it revalidated the first time, by confirming that the ride was ride. But now, I’m not able to get it revalidated. It’s pretty frustrating: trying to beat my PR, and improving my position in the leaderboard is one thing that motivates m

Sharing activites

I am unable to share my activity correctly to external apps. My recorded run is fine on Strava but then it goes a bit wonky. As you can see my pace is incredible. I'm far from a gold medalist 😲.  Any help.would be appreciated. Thank you in advance .

Strava Data covering Photos

Hello community. I hope all good. I’m strugling whith supportteam for months, since May 2025.At that time, Dev Team promoted a feature to have more data, or should I say, more visible data in the photos we publish in social media. Should be a good thing.But data is covering most of the picture. So, sometimes there is a nice landscape, ou the cyclists group and Strava Data, simply cover most of the photo.I suggested them go back the orinal format, Strava logo above and KM, Time and Altimetry below, so the image would be clear in the center. Maybe Strava could keep both formats, old and new, so the user may choose.See, I use data the check and improve my perfromance, the point is specifically to pictures we publish in social media with strava data.Check OLD and CURRENT pictues

Since the last update, Strava is using a huge amount of my iPhone battery even when running in background mode with the screen off. Has anyone else had the same problem and is there a solution, please?

Option to combine walk/run/hike for tracking

I’d love one dashboard to show how many miles per week I have logged in runs/walks/hikes. I’m a walker but recently have been getting back to running. My main goal is miles, however I log them.   I have been interested in my min/mile pace for runs, which is why I select run over walk when I do run. Can you create an “all foot” category that combines on-foot mileage?Thank you!!

Rides Showing they happened two days ago

Hey all! I have had two rides now in the past week where they show that they happened two days before the ride actually happened. The weirdest part is that I show up on the leader for today?! I have seen that maybe it is because I started it without getting GPS signal or something? I guess my last ride was two days ago so did my Strava just not get the memo that time has advanced?

The automation of the banner holder at Strava contributes to no solution.

Cannot upload activity from Garmin to Strava due to "The file has too few data points" error

Hi, I have recorded an activity with my Garmin fenix 8. It doesn’t upload automatically to Strava, so I tried to do it manually by exporting the fit file (see attachment) from Garmin and manually uploading it to Strava, where I get the error seen below:I checked the fit file with https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ and the GPS coordinates and other information seem to be correct, so I don’t know why this activity cannot e uploaded to Strava.

Demande de remboursement pour renouvellement d'abonnement annuel

Je vous contacte concernant le prélèvement de 59,99 € effectué suite à la fin de mon essai gratuit de Strava. J’avais souscrit à l’essai d’un mois dans le but de tester les fonctionnalités, mais j’ai oublié de résilier avant la fin de la période d’essai. Je ne souhaite pas conserver l’abonnement annuel, et je n’ai malheureusement pas les moyens de payer cette somme actuellement. iPhone text size

Please will you adopt the iOS per app text size functionality in the Strava app?I moved to an iPhone from Android and can’t easily read the tiny text size on iPhone. On iPhone, when you go to the text size and select Strava Only, you can increase the size, but it does nothing. Here’s an iPhone 15 Pro Max next to a Pixel 6a. You can clearly see the the text size is much larger on the Android.

Competition Categories for Segments

Hello, I would usually post this message in the ideas section, but wanted to get more feedback on it first. Right now, the idea might be too complex or convoluted for Strava to open it to voting. Does anyone else think that Strava should develop different tiers or categories for segment competitiveness? I love segments, and prefer seeing more rather than less segments. However, Strava doesn’t currently differentiate the prestigious segments from the segments that are just lucky to exist. For instance, you could run the Boston Marathon segment and then run a completely random segment afterwards. On your stats page, the two segments will look equally important. There are verified segments, but there are only a handful of them located in a few megacities. Personally, I think Strava should develop a “Competition Category” similar to its Climb Categories. This Competition Category would give segments a ranking based on a formula that would include number of attempts, number of people, speed

Im honestly just a bit confused and could use some explanation; just ran 30km for the first time, making it in 2 hours and 54 minutes. However it says my moving time is 2 hours and 33 minutes. I dont really understand how this works and just wanted to see if anyone would like to explain it all to me?

Family account

We have taken a family account. I had a free account and my son a paid account. When my son send me the link that I can access the paid account I get an error that I don’t live in the same country. We both live in the Netherlands and that is also what our accounts say. How to solve this?I created a ticket two weeks ago and somehow they are so busy at Strava that I don’t get an answer. Only standard emails that they are too busy. What a service
