I tried a payment method for a year subscription. It looked like the payment didnt go through, as I the subscription features stayed locked on my app. After successfully paying with a different method and gaining access to the subscription features, I’ve noticed the payment using the first option DID go through. I’ve been charged twice for a yearly subscription now. How can I get reimbursed?
