Hello can i get a refund for my subscription because i didnt know the subscription was still on and i really need the money for my mothers medication im sorry can you please give me a refund i dont have anything on me its a 1 year subscription pls help i also submitted a couple of tickets and the necessary documents i have provided but i didnt got any replys its my mothers medication due so pls help

    Hi ​@the4rtemis, only Strava Support can sort it out, this community hub is a discussion forum of users like yourself so we can't help you with a refund. 

    Also, I’d suggest you don't create multiple tickets as from what I hear, that can actually prolong the response time.
