I went through the “cancel subscription” steps (on the website, don’t have the app) several times in the last few days, but my account just keeps saying:

You’re verified for the next year! Your student plan (-50%) is set to automatically renew on November 3, 2025.

I already contacted customer “service” a few days back, but no response so far. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

Hi there, we went ahead and checked on the ticket associated with your account’s email address and the ticket has been marked as “Solved.” If there are still issues with your subcsription, please note that all account and subscription inquiries will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub is  for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access.
