Challenge activities do not upload

Member of a group challenge.

All activities set (and default) to everyone
Challenge does not update

Km count remains at “-”.

Have tried to leave and rejoin the challenge.

What can I do to make it visible?

Hi ​@b_iceland, double check the type of activity eligible for that particular challenge - often only certain types count. Also, there can be a time frame defined - so for example no activities done before the challenge started would count (take note of different time zones too - the challenge might have been created by someone half a day “behind” you).

That is not the problem. The type is run and run it is. The timeframe is April so that is also pretty clear. No time zone difference as well. This is a challenge for us working together in the same location.

Hmm… so just one more thing to check - sometimes a challenge or goal are set to activity type = Run, but that won't count trail runs - it has to be set to All Run. It's a detail but an important one. 

if it's not it, perhaps add a link to a sample activity and a screenshot of that challenge’s settings, perhaps there's something in there that we're missing...

That is not the problem.

I actually have the same problem, and i cannot even view the progress from my app + account:

 

The progress shows up as empty for me viewing from my groupmates app. Eventhough i had a activity yesterday.

Can you post a screenshot or link of one of your activities and also of the challenge showing the qualifying activities and other details?  Like Jana mentioned, there may be some small detail in there on one side or the other that is catching things and without actually being able to see those (we don’t have any behind-the-scenes access), we are just guessing with very limited information.

Hello all, 

I am having the same issue. Suddenly, my individual activities stopped loading/appearing in our group challenge activities. Strava had been working seamlessly for months, my individual runs appeared in the "run group challenge" as well as my bike rides and weight training. I checked and verified all privacy settings and verified that each individual activity was the exact same as the group challenge. I have deleted and uploaded the app, updated my Iphone, switched the privacy settings back and forth while refreshing. Nothing. All group activities show that I have zero activity. I submitted a ticket to Strava, but is there anything else I can do? Thank you.
