I'm in hell. I signed up to Strava thinking it was monthly payments but they have taken a year. I'm within the 14 day period and trying to get a refund.

 

Impossible to speak to a human. The support ticket thing is a joke. I've never encountered such woeful customer service in my 53 years on this planet. Any tips on getting a result? I can't afford to blow £54 on a service I instantly hate.
