For some reason, I have three accounts. My subscription account says it cannot import any data and my other two accounts of activities that I’ve been doing for the last couple of weeks. I don’t wanna lose any of that data. I want them to be transferred to my original account and have my subscription reinstated. Every time I try to reinstate the purchase it gives me an error message and tells me to contact customer service. They send me endless lists of documents that make no sense and I can now process. I’ve been working on this for hours and days and I’m getting really frustrated. Does anybody know what to do here?

here at the community hub, we have no access to people's accounts. That means we can't really merge any, transfer subscriptions or anything of that sort.
Contacting the Support team is the correct way to do this. If they sent you some documents, it was probably for some relevant reason - so you’ll need to follow that.
Having said that - you are actually trying to do 3 things:
- transfer your subscription from one account to another (only Strava Support can do that for you)
- transfer activities across accounts (you can do this yourself)
- delete unwanted accounts (you can do this yourself)
About the activities transfer and account deletion, here's how (but I’d suggest that you wait for the subscription transfer to be sorted first):

Also, if you have a lot of activities, instead of the manual process described in the article you can use one of the data importers (personally, I prefer RunGap, though it's iOS-only):
