It's been a week since I've opened up my original ticket and I've yet to see any reply. I have opened up a new ticket but there still isn't any reply. I have been getting really worried since I need the money back for my tuition. Has anyone been in a situation like this with Strava's support team? I'm getting really worried and panicked now..

submitting the ticket was the correct step, as only Strava Support can handle these requests. However, the Support team is dealing with a large backlog, and from what other users have mentioned here recently, it may take several weeks to get the request processed. But they'll get back to you eventually - fingers crossed that you don't have to wait much longer.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
