Hello, I explain the situation, I bought a Bryton Rider S810 and I tried to connect it to Strava, I did all the things that were required, but when I went for a workout it did not show in Strava. I also tried to send it to Strava manually. It showed up as being done, but I did not find it on Strava. Apparently I have two accounts, so I tried to stop the second account, but without success. On my MacBook I have the good account and I see all the results of my Strava friends. So I would like to use the same account on my iPhone, but without success. So, does anybody have a solution? Please help.

Merging the accounts must be handled by the Strava Support team. The Community Hub is for general questions and information while the Support team will handle questions that require account access.
