I’ve now lost access to my account I’m paying subscription for and Strava won’t respond to me! I can see my profile. Every time I change the email or delete the blank account and try and log back in it creates a new one. Very frustrating when you’re wasting money on a subscription and not tracking progress. Not having any response to this where other companies would resolve immediately especially for paying customers is shocking. This customer experience has put me off using Strava all together.
