[KNOWN ISSUE] Chart on dashboard showing weekly running progress vs. goal now only showing road runs, trail runs not showing
Hi -
Starting recently (last two weeks?) the bar chart on the left side of my dashboard page has started only showing bars for road runs, and not showing bars for trail runs. This despite the fact that the calculation of total running mileage above the chart is accurate, i.e. includes both. So e.g., my weekly goal is 19 miles, and I’ve done two runs so far totaling ~9 miles, so it says I’ve done 9 of 19 but only shows a bar for the 5 miles that were done as a road run, and doesn’t show a bar for the 4 miles trail run.
Is this a bug, or is there some new control toggle somewhere that I haven’t discovered?

I've noticed something strange with the time-based running goals on the web version. When I set a weekly goal (like running 6 hours this week), trail runs aren't showing up in the "Goals" section.
For example, today (Friday) I did a trail run for 2 hours and 12 minutes. While the total running time reflects this (now showing 4 hours and 50 minutes), the trail run itself isn't displayed on the graph.
Interestingly, if I go directly to the goals page (https://www.strava.com/athlete/goals), the trail run appears correctly on the graph. See below.
This seems to be a bug, and it's been happening for the past three weeks. I've tried using different browsers and operating systems, so it looks like an issue on Strava's end.
I’ve noticed that my trail runs are not counting toward my yearly mileage goal. The last time I checked, a few weeks ago, they were. So suddenly I’m 100+ behind for hitting my yearly goal when just a few weeks ago, I was only 8-10 miles short.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to gain the attention of Strava support on this one? I reported it almost four weeks ago, but no reply yet.
Sounds similar to the issue I reported here:
I contacted Strava support about this a month ago. I have not received a response from them.
Hello. Thanks to everyone who has posted about this.
