Esqueci a senha da conta e perdi o acesso ao EMAIL…. como faço pra trocar a senha ou o email nesse caso?

Did you create a new Strava account to post here? If not, then you have used your Strava account successfully. Maybe your browser can show you a saved password or you can login in the same browser in www.strava.com without having to input a password.

if that doesn’t help you have to submit a support request, see
