No response to my ticket

Hi, I made a support ticket for a refund ricket number #3359300, 8 days ago and nobody has responded. Please let me know when you can get back to me. I would like this resolved before 14 days has passed so I can action a refund. I normally wouldn't use the community board but it has been a while. Looking forward to yiur response.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
