Refer to ticket above opened on the 8th Aug

I receive a Strava code from a sporting organization. Strava debited my credit card and I followed the procedure sent out for a refund and as indicated in the ticket the refund should take 3 to 4 working days to process. 

It has now been nearly 2 weeks and after 3 emails to the support team there has been no contact.

 

@Lindsay S - Thanks for your post. We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
