I’m reaching out with a heavy heart because I accidentally purchased a one-year Strava subscription today, and I simply can’t afford it. I’m just a student, and every penny counts for my daily needs. This charge was a mistake, and I truly didn’t mean for it to go through.  

 

Right now, I am struggling financially, and this unexpected expense has put me in a tough spot. I love Strava, but I honestly don’t have the means to keep this subscription. I would be beyond grateful if you could help me by issuing a refund.
