Refound Subscription

Hello,
I would like a refound. On may 15th 2025 my yearly subscription got reneved without a notice. I can't afford to subscribe to Strava anymore. I bought Strava a year ago using students discount, and now I got charged full price. I read that I have 14 days since payment for the refound. I canceled my Subscription as soon as I found out about the new payment. I issued a ticket/request for a refound number  #3350570. When can I expect someone to contact me? All I can do is talk to bots on the chat. I would like to talk to a real person. What else there is to do so I can get my refound?

Hi ​@NelaMalpa,

Submitting the ticket to Support was the correct way, it's actually the only option. However, from what I hear, the Support team has been dealing with a backlog of tickets, so the waiting times are unfortunately longer (even several weeks). But they do process refund requests and they’ll get back to you. Fingers crossed that it doesn't take too long!
