I was being charge amounting of 4975.59 last May 31 2025. I canceled the subscription in the same day that I was being charge it was not intended to use this app since I barely used it at all I try to submit ticket but no response to it.

 

I canceled May 31 but since it's weekend I decided to wait till Monday but still no response and I submit another ticket and it's says it's solve even it didn't check. At all

 

Pls solve this issue ASAP I canceled the subscription before 14 days pass and request a refund
