From the screenshot it appears that you’ve already filed the refund request. Now you just need to wait for the request to be processed. The email you've received includes a link to the request status too, so you can watch the progress there.
Again, this is a community discussion forum, here we can't help you. We're Strava users just like you. It's the Strava Support who is processing your request. (Or, Google support in your case.)
